Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

🛑 Important: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all pets, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons once opened:
- Wet Food & Dry Food: All opened or unsealed pet food products.
- Treats: Any opened packages of pet treats.
- Bowls and Feeders: If the original packaging is opened or the item shows signs of use.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
1 Contact Our Team (Within 15 Days)

2 Receive Instructions & Return Authorization
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the item. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
3 Pack and Ship the Item
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and tags. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address we provide.
Note on Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable service.
4 Our Inspection & Your Resolution
Once received, our team will inspect the return within 3-5 business days.
- For Returns: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.
- For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement as soon as possible. If out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund. We cover the shipping for replacement items.
Refunds: Timing & Method
